Couples breathwork facilitation
The birth of a baby is also the REbirth of a family. We are both newborns here. Every parent should be celebrated alongside their child’s birthday each year, for it is our birth day too. The day we open the physical and energetic portal to bring children to the earth, the day our egos die and come back to life- reshaped, reformed. Dream your spirit baby into conscious reality. This timeline is meant for you.
-
Fertility Consultation
Before considering IVF there is a significant amount you can do to prepare your body and mind. Unfortunately many are rushed into IVF without first addressing crucial factors like unconscious blocks, nutrition, toxic load, and sometimes past traumas. These elements play a critical role in how our genes express themselves, a concept known as epigenetics. By focusing on these areas, you create a healthier internal environment improving your chances of natural conception and overall fertility.

Post partum Doula Services
Postpartum doulas provide essential support to families as they transition to life with a new baby, ensuring everyone is cared for during this period of adjustment. The arrival of a baby brings significant changes for all family members. Birthing individuals are healing physically and emotionally, while babies, siblings, and partners are also adapting to new roles and dynamics. Postpartum doulas foster both emotional and physical healing, offering guidance, comfort, and practical support. By addressing the needs of the whole family, they help create a nurturing environment where everyone can bond and thrive in this new chapter.
